Troop 96 Calendar 25 May 2024, Saturday Flags on Veteran's Graves at Green Lawn Cemetery Time: 8:30am - 12:00pm Location: Green Lawn Cemetery AMVET's post 89 will be putting out several thousand flags on the graves of our veteran's at Green Lawn Cemetery, Saturday morning, 5/25/2024 at 9:15AM. AMVET's will have an honor guard there as well. They will have a short ceremony with a flag raising and we will assist in putting flags on the veteran's graves. When: Saturday, May 25, 2024 Where: Green Lawn Cemetery. 1000 Greenlawn Ave. We will be placing flags in the veterans section, which is located at the first right past the office. We will look for the veteran's section with white grave stones and the white trailer with Amvets Post 89 on the side. What: AMVET's post 89 will be putting out several thousand flags on the graves of our veteran's at Green Lawn Cemetery, Saturday morning, 5/25/2024 at 9:15 AM and our scouts have volunteered to help. We will depart from Covenant promptly at 8:45 AM Scouts should be in full uniform for this event. One of the many things we learn in scouts is Service to Country, and this is an opportunity to remember our veterans who have served proudly in support of our great country.
